2. Platform Service Description

Kommodex operates as a connection platform that:

• Facilitates introductions between verified petroleum suppliers and qualified buyers
• Provides due diligence support and verification services
• Offers market analysis and commodity information
• Maintains a secure platform for professional networking

Important: Kommodex facilitates introductions only. All transactions, negotiations, and contracts are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We do not handle, process, or guarantee any transactions.

3. User Eligibility and Verification

To use Kommodex, you must:

• Be a representative of a legitimate corporate entity
• Provide accurate LinkedIn company profile information
• Complete our verification process successfully
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age

We reserve the right to verify all user information and may request additional documentation. Individuals and resellers are not permitted on our platform.

4. Premium Access and Billing

Premium access to Kommodex is offered at $5,000 per month with a 15-day free trial period. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• Access continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to circumvent our verification processes
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempting to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation

6. Limitation of Liability

Kommodex provides introductions and due diligence support only. We are not responsible for:

• The outcome of any transactions between users
• The quality, delivery, or payment of commodities
• Financial losses resulting from business relationships formed on our platform
• Actions or omissions of third parties

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Kommodex are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international business law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Kommodex shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
